Our Women’s and Men’s programs are nutritionally balanced and formulated with a proven combination of calories, carbohydrates, and protein, ensuring that you’ll achieve fast weight loss, while still maintaining your lean muscle. For the best Weight Loss Plan we recommend that you use a Liquid Diet and that you drink at least 8 glasses of water and exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day which can be either walking or using a home gym.  We like building muscle since it will burn fat faster and you will lose weight fast.

If a person wants to find a quick weight loss method, they should try eating only raw whole foods and no foods that contain chemicals such as processed foods. It has been shown that Ultra-Processed Foods cause weight gain, so it is best to stick with a raw whole food diet. In addition, we are finding that drinking at least 8 glasses of pure water will aid in quick weight loss.
