They also help when you just don't want to think too hard about what to eat to lose weight. Diet shakes are also known as protein shakes. While pregnant women should not replace their meals with them, there is no problem with supplementing meals with diet shakes. Diet shakes can be delicious, and they're easy and fast to make at home! They're even less expensive than the premade diet shakes you can buy at the store.
